Russell Foster is a circadian neuroscientist – that means he studies the sleep cycles of the brain.  I’ve recently watched his TED talk “Why do we sleep?”  One thing that struck me from his talk was the tie between sleep and creativity.  Russell Foster mentions that sleep deprivation causes a loss of creativity.  So practice good sleep hygiene to keep your creative juices flowing – “Take sleep seriously!”
